Shift Description

Early Morning to Late Evening. 18+ Requires working with age restricted equipment.
$24-28 p/hr
Tipped position (Hourly range includes tip average).

Job Description

Understand responsibility of all aspects of daily operations and maintains the “big picture”.
Responsible for inventory management, ordering, scheduling and staff operations.
Leads team and upholds brand standards.
Communicates with Territory Manager for operational and support needs.
Cross-trained in ALL areas and oversees prep, baking, serving guests and cleaning tasks.
Monitors and manage sales, labor, and food costs.
Develops relationships with vendors, businesses, and community members.
Maintains cleanliness of all areas at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
Train new employees.
Performs any other duties assigned by the Territory Manager.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
